COMMON QUESTIONS: FAQ

Q: Is there a specific schedule I have to follow when going through The Online Musician Program?
A: This course is set up for you to go through at your own pace. You may start anytime after purchase, however, we highly encourage you to go through at least the welcome module as soon as possible to make sure you are set up for success and don’t lose momentum!

Q: Will I have access to the full course all at once so I can jump ahead?
A: One module opens up every 7 days. This is to help you slow down, avoid skipping around (this program is designed to go through in order), and really absorb and implement each lesson and any “homework” or course work Leah has you do. Treat this seriously, like you would a university degree, and you will get the most out of the program.

Q: How long do I have access for?
A: Once your purchase is complete, you fully own the course and will not lose access.

Q: Do I get the same level of access even if I choose the payment plan?
A: If you chose the payment plan, you will have the same access as if you paid in full up front and you'll be able to log in and access the course right away. However, if you miss a payment you will lose access until you fix your payment.

Q: Do I get coaching from your team or Leah?
A: The TOM program is DIY with support via our community leaders and your peers. We do not offer personalized or direct coaching, but we have a private FB Group just for our TOM students. So there is always someone here for you throughout the course and long after! We highly encourage you to engage within your included FB group to get the most out of the program and be an active part of the community. We’ve created a strong community that is here for you. You can connect with other musicians going through the same thing you are. You can go here for questions, support, feedback, sharing your wins, etc.

Q: Do you have any customer support?
A: Yes, Our Success Team is here for you! You can reach out to them anytime for student dashboard help, login assistance, billing questions, and to share your progress along the way!
